Take a short break

Well, today’s thought is short and sweet.

Take a break from your study and then right back to it, you’re nearly there.  This week is the last week of ‘official’ teaching for a lot of universities.  Whether you are resitting, resubmitting, retaking or handing in things for the first time, I wish you well.

Most people have a few more weeks until they know what is happening about next week, next month or next year.  Waiting to hear about grades, marks or graduation.  It’s a particularly tense time that is about to arrive.  Please remember that you are doing something remarkable – no-one in the UK has done the work you have in the middle of a pandemic for over a hundred years now!  You really are going into the history books.  If you are reading for a history qualification, write yourself in there!

I was so taken with this work that I just had to share it.  I love to see talent at play.  Here’s something to cheer us all on through covid. So maybe take five minutes to enjoy this link to a parody of a children’s favourite with a covid spin.
